My experience leading blog book clubs started a few years ago at a metropolitan church where many women worked high-powered jobs while others were housebound with small children. Through our blog book club, we built community, read interesting books and learned great lessons. Soon, women from around the world learned about our blog book club and joined in the conversation.
Linda served as a cross-cultural worker for 28 years with MAF, both overseas and at headquarters. During eight of those years, she helped direct Fairhaven Ministries, a retreat center for pastors and workers.
Now, Linda serves as Executive Assistant to the President and Coordinator of Communities for Link Care Center, a counseling ministry for workers and pastors in Fresno, CA. (More on Link Care below.) Linda’s husband, Kevin, is a pastor of a Covenant Church in Murphys, CA. Their two children are married, and they have one grandson. Linda is a speaker, writer, spiritual director and loves hiking, canoeing and learning to paint.
Link Care Center

Restoration and Personal Growth Program addresses the unique needs of missionaries, pastors and Christian workers who have encountered difficulties in their fields of service. Our goal is to help Christian workers increase effectiveness in their personal lives and ministries through restoration and personal growth.
